NEW BUILD / PRE-SALE CLEANING
Removal of debris and packaging. Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms all baths, showers, toilets, basins and walls washed, removing filler, grout , paint etc from the bathroom, fittings. All floors are meticulously cleaned including vacuuming and mopping. Window sills, tracks, window frames are cleaned meticulously. Walls cleaned, fittings and fixtures are all wiped down and thoroughly cleaned. This includes light fittings, toilet roll holders, benches, taps, cupboards inside and out. Pantries. All mirrors are polished. Doors cleaned and handles. Kitchen appliances thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Kitchen benches and splash backs wiped down. Skirting boards, handrails cleaned, blinds window dressers dusted, wardrobe and cupboards cleaned .
